I found Dynamic a few years ago after receiving a coupon in a mailer. I have worn hearing aids my whole life (over 40 years) so I know how it works, and I thought I knew what to expect. I’ve never really had bad experiences anywhere but working with Dell is much better than any experiences I’ve had. He is great at explaining procedures, what your options are, what to expect and is always patient with questions. The most amazing thing about him is his kindness. I love my visits because he feels more like a friend than a doctor. If you are looking for a great doctor, he truly is one-of-a-kind and I genuinely believe you will enjoy your experience with him! Dell Smith performed a comprehensive hearing test on me, and explained how the computer programs the hearing aids to pick up the frequencies my brain was missing. Fascinating! I've had them for five years or so now, and with regular visits every six months, they have kept my hearing aids in top shape, monitor my use, and test my hearing for changes. I have stopped saying "What?" in nearly every conversation. Dynamic Hearing has hugely improved my quality of life.

Joanne D.I've been a patient of Del Smith since he took over the store several years ago. My hearing is tested annually, aids are cleaned and checked semi annually. During the semi annual review we discuss any issues with hearing and adjustments to the volume and frequency are made. During one of my hearing tests Del noted a difference from prior tests and referred me to Dr. Alonso who ordered a specific test which verified my ear was normal. I have complete trust that Del cares about the quality of my hearing, hence the 5 star review.
